TruForm ("we," "us") operates shoptruforms.com. This policy explains what we collect and why.

What we collect. When you shop with us we collect the information you provide — name, shipping and billing address, email, phone (optional), and order details. Payment card data is processed securely by our payment providers; we never see or store your full card number. We also automatically collect basic device/usage data (IP address, browser, pages viewed) via cookies and similar technologies to run and improve the store.

How we use it. To process and ship orders, provide support, send order updates, prevent fraud, and — if you opt in — send marketing emails you can unsubscribe from anytime.

Who we share it with. Only the partners needed to run the store: Shopify (our e-commerce platform), our payment processors, and our fulfillment and shipping partners to pick, pack, and deliver your order. We do not sell your personal information.

Your rights. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may opt out of marketing at any time. Depending on where you live (e.g., California/CCPA, EU/UK GDPR), you may have additional rights. To exercise any of these, email support@shoptruforms.com.
