Shipping policy

Where we ship. United States only (for now).

Processing. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll get a confirmation email, and a tracking number once your order ships.

Delivery. Orders ship from our US warehouse. Estimated delivery is 7–14 business days from the order date. Delivery times are estimates and can vary with carrier volume and holidays.

Tracking. A tracking link is emailed when your order ships. If tracking hasn't updated in 5+ business days, email us and we'll chase it down.

Lost or stuck packages. If a package is marked delivered but you don't have it, or tracking stalls, contact us within 30 days and we'll help resolve it with the carrier.

Incorrect address. We're not responsible for orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly at checkout. Double-check your address — if you catch a mistake fast, email us and we'll try to correct it before it ships.
