4. Product use & disclaimer. TruForm sells fitness and recovery accessories. Consult a physician before beginning any exercise program. Use our products as intended and at your own risk; we are not liable for injury resulting from misuse or overexertion.

6. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TruForm is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
